Ophelia Thomas

Meet our newest Coach in training, Ophelia, a born martial artist like her brother, has found her calling on the mats from a young age. Following in her sibling's footsteps, she's become an integral part of Foundation MMA's family. Leading the BJJ Cubs and Junior Champs in training, she embodies dedication and a fervor for teaching. Her love for sharing techniques shines as she guides her fellow young warriors, and her energy is palpable when she runs warm-ups for the tiniest fighters.

With a heart brimming with compassion, Coach Ophelia's aspirations extend beyond the mats. She dreams of adopting numerous children and instilling in them the same sense of purpose she's found through martial arts. Her journey is an inspiration to both her peers and the little warriors she mentors, as she strives to be the best coach she can be – imparting not just techniques, but values of unity, growth, and the sheer joy of pushing one's boundaries.
